In order to increase the operational efficiency and the degree of automation, for the Chemical Production the development idea was to develop a shift operation input portal, which gives the operative staff the possibility to digitize various functions. Calculated time savings of a production company 1 employee approx. 1 h per day, 200 days = 200 hours per year.<\/p>\n
The concept was developed as a pilot solution based on SAP, HR training tool, document and compliance as well as WLAN for the connection of portal devices. As a result of the solution, further solutions were incorporated, e.g. Equipment and production logbook, SOPs and manuals as well as scheduling views from production planning.<\/p>\n
Production Visualization and Monitoring<\/strong><\/p>\n Process visualization is based on information from the plant level and the qualified transfer of data from processes at the control level.
